The secret room

The Grace children find a dumb waiter. They do not know where it goes. They decide to send Jarred up in it to find out. Jarred finds an office or study if you will and finds odd thing. He finds animal bones in jars and book with odd titles like"The Fabulous World Of Fungi". He also finds a large portrait of a skinny man in glasses. The plaqe under the picture says"Aurther Spiderwick".

The Guide is dicovered

Jarred is searching in the attic and finds a large trunk. The trunk is beaten and old. Jarred opens the trunk and discovers a leaver. Jarred pulls the leave and opens a small compartment. in the small compartment he finds a book the book is titled"Aurther Spiderwicks feild guide to the amazing world arould you". Jarrred stays up all night reading the feild guide he finds detailed descriptions and sketches.


Why is it that the most descriptive books are very very old?

A discovered nest

The Grace children hear a noise in the walls. They come to the conclusion that it is some sort of animal like a squirrel or something. One morning when their mother has gone to the store the oldest Malory decides to bust a hole in the wall to find the small creature. They find an a assortment of nick knacks. They find old toys and bugs and many other things. They conclude that it is some sort of nest.

In which the Grace children became aquainted with their new home

The Grace children moved into an old house way out of they way that is a true eye sore. The had not been touched in forever. The kid were afraid to set foot in the front door from fear that the house would collapse. this house was not meant for a secretive person because every step a person would take the house would tell with a loud CREEEEKKKK. The house looked like a dust stom was released inside.
